
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, T R A YY will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. However if your product has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. Once again, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible
T R A YY is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel like your package is lost or got stolen please contact CanadaPost as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.
Returns/ Exchange
In the rare occurrence of receiving a defective item, just reach out to our customer support : trayybytcheli@gmail.com and we will exchange the item for you once the your return have been approved. Keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return or exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also remember that if you order outside Canada, there can be fees such as customs or taxes that you need to pay. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damages and issues
In the unfortunate event of receiving the wrong item or if the item is defective/damaged please contact us at trayybytcheli@gmail.com 48 hours after receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your receipt along with a photo of the incorrect, damaged or defective item you received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
